About me:

My name is Iwona.

 

My background is in physiotherapy, but I’m also a personal trainer and nutrition advisor.

 

Sport is my biggest passion, and this is where I focus my activity.  I’m working as a full–time personal trainer for three years now.

 

I know how huge the positive impact physical activity has on our lives, and I don’t mean only the physical aspect, but also mental health.

 

I wish to share my knowledge and a healthy approach to an active lifestyle with my clients.


I have an individual approach to each of my clients, and my top priority is always the health
of my clients.

                          How does it work?

 

Personal Trainings at the gym

First of all, before starting your pt sessions a one-hour consultation takes place. The
purpose of the consultation is to know your health, physical fitness, diet, and to set up your
goals, and explain how our cooperation will work.


The workout itself depends on the goals and how to advance the client is. If you feel insecure
because your last time of physical activity was in primary school do not worry! Workouts
intensity is up to the client’s abilities.


How to prepare before your workout – all you need is a comfy workout suit, a bottle of water,
and a positive approach. I do not recommend working out with an empty stomach, especially
for beginners.

 

  • One pt session = 1 hour.

  • A group pt session is up to 4 people.

  • *The Personal Training sessions are delivered at Physio4Quality, JD Gym in Birmingham or Anchor Gym in West Bromwich.

 

Remote Personal Trainings

On-line pt sessions are delivered at your own house via WhatsApp or Zoom app.

 

Before starting an online pt session a consultation takes place.

 

All you need is a free space where you can exercise safely.

 

The workout program is tailored to your possibilities and the exercise equipment you have.

 

Lack of equipment is not a problem!
